Next-Generation Vaccine Development
We are seeking a highly motivated Master’s student or final-year BSc student from a Vietnamese university to join our research team at the Oxford University Clinical Research Unit (OUCRU). This position is part of a MODRA-funded project focused on advancing next-generation vaccine development. The selected candidate will work in an interdisciplinary research environment and gain hands-on experience in molecular biology, genomics, and translational research.

Development of a precision vaccine for Streptococcus suis using machine learning–assisted rational antigen design.
🧪 Student Project / Thesis Focus

Cloning and expression of recombinant antigens in Escherichia coli

Immunological validation, including ELISA and Opsonophagocytic Killing Assays (OPKA)
